Event Planet has been appointed as event manager for the 2013 Paspaley Polo in the City series in Australia.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Polo Enterprises Australia, the series owner, has selected Event Planet to deliver the national series.

In 2012, the event was one of three finalists at the Australian Event Awards, in the category of ‘Best Sporting Event’ in Australia.

This year, the five-week tournament will kick off in Sydney at Centennial Park on Saturday, November 16 and then moves on to Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth before concluding with a twilight match in Adelaide on Friday December 13.

The programme involves some of Australia’s best polo players, hundreds of ponies and an estimated attendance of more than 12,000.

Ticketing and event information is available on the official website www.polointhecity.com.
