Premier Travel Inn targets TMC bookings
Budget chain Premier Travel Inn is to distribute to travel management companies for the first time.
The UK’s largest hotel group with 475 properties is to sell to the business travel sector in a deal with corporate hotel booking firm Conferma.
Premier, which has traditionally sold direct, will make its 31,000 rooms available to business travel agencies.
The hotel group’s head of national accounts Luke Goggin said: “This direct link, and our growing partnership with Conferma, is a very significant step for Premier Travel Inn.
“By distributing our hotels via Conferma’s reservation system we can deliver even greater savings for our mutual corporate clients. This enhanced, more efficient booking service will reduce operational costs for PTI, Conferma and our end users, all of which re-enforces our position as the UK’s leading value hotel supplier.”
