Premium airline beOnd plans US expansion
Maldives based airline beOnd plans to bring its premium air service to North America.
It is partnering with Anchorage-based New Pacific Airlines.
The collaboration is dubbed ‘beOnd America’ and will bring its all-business class travel product to the US market.
New Pacific currently offers charter flights across North America mostly for sports teams and government contracts.
The beOnd America partnership will see New Pacific Airlines operate up to eight beOnd branded aircraft with its inflight premium product.
No specific routes or a launch date have been disclosed yet.
“Our mission has always been to make premium leisure effortless and rewarding,” said Tero Taskila, CEO of beOnd.
“New Pacific as a partner brings operational depth in the United States and strengthens our multi-jurisdictional structure.”
“Together, we can introduce more travelers to a premium leisure experience.”
Currently, BeOnd has just two aircraft flying from the Maldives to the Middle East and Europe.
