Prestige to reward star Advantage agents
Prestige Holidays has created a new tier for top Advantage agents who will get increased commission and support under a new agreement.
The ‘Advantage Prestige Star’ members – who reach the pre-determined revenue threshold – will also get advance notice of fam trips, access to a dedicated marketing fund plus the option of a dedicated telephone support service.
The operator has signed a two-year agreement with Advantage and any member who reaches the revenue threshold during this term will immediately be rewarded with increased benefits.
John Joinson, head of sales, for Prestige Holidays, said: "With so many companies cutting commission we wanted to make sure our payments aided cash flow and really benefited the agent throughout the year.
"The Advantage Prestige Star agents also have access to a ring-fenced fund that they can use jointly with us on targeted campaigns that benefit them directly."
John Sullivan, head of commercial at Advantage, said: " Working closely with Prestige forms a win win partnership for us all which fundamentally ensures all our members have all the tools available to them to increase sales for Prestige Holidays".
