Priceline adds one-night getaways

Wednesday, 26 Feb, 2008 0

Priceline.com’s packaged vacations service now offers travelers one-night getaways that include round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations. Rental cars, theater tickets and other local attractions also can be added to the packages.

“We are adding overnight packages for customers who want to book quick one-night getaways at savings that would normally be available only with longer trips,” said Tom Trotta, priceline.com’s Senior Vice President, Vacation Packages. He adds:

“A one-night option works great for travelers who can’t leave until Saturday morning and need to be back at work on Monday. It’s also ideal for those one-day holidays that fall midweek, and for special occasions like Valentine’s Day.”

Priceline.com’s overnight vacation packages are available for virtually all of priceline.com’s destinations in the US, Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas and the Caribbean, the company says.
