Princess Cruises offering money-back guarantee on shore excursions

Monday, 08 Dec, 2016 0
Princess Cruises is putting its money where its mouth is by offering a price guarantee on shore excursions.

The best-price guarantee means it will refund 110% of the original price of a shore excursion if a customer finds an equivalent excursion at a lower price elsewhere.

The refunds will be given as onboard credit and the guarantee is only applicable for excursions pre-booked before sailing.

Any lower price claim must be submitted at least seven days before cruise departure.

Customers will then be informed within two working days by the Shore Excursion customer service team if the claim meets the Best Price Guarantee criteria.

It doesn’t apply for excursions in Asia, Southeast Asia or Japan, or worldwide for trips by private vehicle and driver.
