Princess Cruises picks one out of the box

Princess Cruises has whipped up a partnership with master chocolatier and pastry designer Norman Love.

Chocolate Journeys, the line’s new on-board chocolate experience, will tempt guests with an array of on-board chocolate offerings, among which are custom-crafted desserts, chocolate and wine pairings, and chocolate bites.

Since debuting Norman Love Confections in 2001 after a career as a pastry chef for luxury resorts, Love has since received widespread recognition for his hand-crafted, chocolate-making artistry.

He has been named as one of the top 10 chocolatiers in North America.

His sea-going chocolate creations will debut aboard the new Regal Princess and will be rolled out across Princess’ Australian fleet by early next year.
