Princess goes around Aus
P&O Cruises Pacific Princess arrived in Newcastle this week to a welcome salute of cannons on the first leg of her 30 day circumnavigation of Australia.
The short leg from Sydney to Newcastle signalled the commencement of the 670pax, 30,200 gross tonnage vessel’s fourth six-month season in the South Pacific.
The future of the Pacific Princess’ seasons down under has been the subject of some industry conjecture as P&O positions more vessels under its P&O Australia brand in the region, albeit not of the same standard as the Pacific Princess.
