Quark Expeditions introduces AI polar bear
Polar cruise specialist Quark Expeditions is introducing an industry-first AI platform for travel agents.
It is part of a new Partner Portal for travel advisors.
“Our Partner Portal for travel agents offers industry-leading innovation and efficiency,” said Wendy Batchelor, VP of Marketing.
“The one-stop digital resources and AI tools will fuel sales success for our polar cruise partners.”
It introduces Parker the Polar Bear, the industry’s first real-time, AI-driven virtual polar cruise resource.
The PolarPRO training platform offers customizable promotional and marketing materials, latest news and incentives.
“Our new AI-enabled virtual assistant leverages language models trained by our own tech team,” said Rajesh Thiagarajan, Director of Digital Products.
“Parker will reduce time demands for advisors through fast and accurate answers.”
