Quest opens in Bondi Junction
Quest Serviced Apartments has opened its newest property in Bondi Junction in Sydney.
Paul Constantinou, chairman of Quest Serviced Apartments, said the new Bondi Junction property was a much-needed addition to the area which has experienced limited accommodation options for many years.
“There is significant corporate investment being made in Bondi Junction and increasing interest in the area for events.
“With only a few accommodation players in the area, demand currently far outweighs supply, which in the long run may stifle the area’s potential to grow as a business and events hub,†Constantinou said.
“No longer do we see high demand for corporate accommodation confined to metropolitan business districts.
“Bondi Junction is home to retail, health, finance and insurance industries and the addition of Quest Bondi Junction’s 82 studios apartments will go some way to filling the accommodation gap.â€
Quest Serviced Apartments also opened a property in Hawthorn, Melbourne, at the end of May. It offers a combination of 119 office suites, studios, executive studios, and one and two bedroom serviced apartments.
