Radisson signs first Radisson RED Thailand hotel
Radisson Hotel Group will launch its first Radisson RED branded Thailand hotel.
It signed Radisson RED Phuket Patong Beach which is set to open in late 2023.
It is a conversion of an existing property in the centre of Patong Beach which will now be fully renovated and relaunched.
It is owned by Destination Group, which recently partnered with Radisson to open Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin and Radisson Resort & Suites Phuket.
It features 390 rooms, a rooftop beach club, and a gym and wellness facilities.
The Thailand hotel also has two pools, a movie theatre, video arcade and a kids’ club.
Earlier this year, Radisson Hotel Group announced plans to expand exponentially in Thailand, with a multi-brand strategy.
It will include new hotels and resorts in key destinations such as Phuket.
Radisson currently operates six Thailand hotels across four brands in Bangkok, Phuket and Hua Hin.
