Rearden Commerce announced the new version of its Personal Assistant that it says offers a fast and comprehensive array of travel services to businesses.

“Our Personal Assistant is so easy to use, it’s addictive,” said Patrick Grady, founder and CEO of Rearden Commerce.  “It’s as proactive, intelligent and helpful as a real executive assistant.”

Rearden says it was the creator of the first on-demand personal assistant, which it adds is a leading choice of CFO’s for managing spending on business services. It’s customer base is upwards of 1600 organization.

“The Rearden Personal Assistant offers breakthrough performance and ease of use that takes the hard work out of booking travel and other business services,” the company says.

More than one million contracted users across the US are benefiting from the significant enhancements in speed, design and content to the new release of the Rearden Personal Assistant, it added.

Users can quickly find and book the services they need, including travel, dining reservations, entertainment, audio/web conferences and more from one location – the home page.

The Rearden Personal Assistant now features improved Web 2.0 communications capabilities that enable users to invite guests to events and keep their family, friends and colleagues apprised of their travel arrangements.

It also stays in constant contact with its users and proactively updates them on important details like flight delays, cancellations and gate changes — either by email, text message or voice message, depending on the user’s preference.
