Regent Seven Seas creates new role to support the trade
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has created a new role to oversee online training, promotional tools and marketing support for travel agents.
Siria Nielsen has been appointment development manager, UK & Europe, reporting to Cecilia Abert, sales and marketing director for the UK and Europe.
Nielsen’s main remit will be to develop consumer and trade marketing initiatives, with emphasis on the trade, including online training programmes, agent promotional tools and marketing support to enable agents to expand their Regent business and understand the brand.
Cecilia Abert said "We are delighted to be able to expand our existing team.
"With the growth we’re currently experiencing in the UK, we’re keen to support the good work our marketing team is already doing to work with, educate and engage agents and help them identify their Regent business opportunities.
"Siria’s broad depth of marketing experience within international markets will be a huge benefit to us as we continue to closely work not only with our UK trade partners, but also those in Europe".
