You will oversee a small team of Business Development Executives, providing sales strategy and leadership direction that will maximise opportunity across their travel franchise network within NSW and ACT. In order to achieve the desired results you must be a passionate leader who inspires others and builds strong, effective relationships with both the franchise network, your team and your preferred suppliers. To be considered for this role you will need to Demonstrate a strong sales or sales & marketing backround across leisure travel or the hospitality industry Have managed and motivated a team previously Have highly developed communication skills Have strong time management and organisation skills This is an outstanding management role which will develop your career and offer endless opportunities.
