Reshuffle at C&M Recruitment
C&M Travel Recruitment has promoted Barbara Kolosinska to the newly created position of business development director.
She will sit on the board of directors alongside Angus Chisholm, managing director, David Robinson, commercial director and Trevor Harding, non-executive director.
Kolosinska has been with the company for nine years, most recently as sales manager.
In her new role, she will be focusing on developing new and existing business for permanent, temporary and executive recruitment.
In further changes, Sarah Clayton-Turner becomes client marketing manager and Deborah Thrift, who has recently joined the senior management team, is now head of operational sales based in London.
She will take over responsibility for sales performance in the London head office and will also head up training and development of recruitment consultants across the UK.
