Resort Development Organisation & Digital Trip: Hand in hand for success
Digital Trip, one of the UK’s leading travel website and e-commerce specialists were chosen by RDO (Resort Development Organisation) to provide a selection of new websites. But due to Digital Trip’s excellent service, the relationship has blossomed and they now provide an array of services for most of RDO’s digital marketing communications.
Nikkie de Waal, RDO’s Operations Director commented: “With Digital Trip, we have finally found a company who works hand-in-hand with us, understands our brand and what we’re looking to achieve.”
“They’re a pleasure to work with, not only do they deliver great results, but they go the extra mile for their clients, I would highly recommend the Digital Trip team to anyone.”
Digital Trip created both the RDO.org and GoTimeshare.org websites as well as their social media presences on both Twitter and Facebook, which have all been well received by RDO and its users.
Both the RDO.org and GoTimeshare.org websites have a new, fresh design and are fully controlled by RDO via Digital Trip’s in-house content management system. They boast news, articles as well as customised functionality like a Members Directory on the RDO.org site.
The new GoTimeshare.org brand was created by the creative team at Digital Trip and has already been well received.
Each website also has a strong social presence, so Digital Trips social marketing team delivered a complete social marketing strategy which is currently being implemented.
Digital Trip is now working with RDO to redefine their email marketing strategy to help automate many of RDO’s communications, improve productivity as well as increase brand awareness and RDO member engagement.
Andy Speight, Managing Director of Digital Trip commented that “our relationship with RDO really has gone from strength to strength, thanks to all of the hard work from the team at Digital Trip and the fact that RDO are a forward thinking company who are open to new ideas as well as having many outstanding ones themselves. We all look forward to all of the new, exciting future projects we’ll be working on with them”.
