Responsible tourism networking in Berlin
Vision on Sustainable Tourism is again media partner
The networking event will take place in Hall 4.1 on March 7 at 6pm
As in previous years, RT Networking at ITB will start with 2-minute pitches about Responsible Tourism Initiatives from around the world.
This will be restricted to 30 pitches in a first-come-first-serve basis. This is a great opportunity to meet up with peers and champions of Responsible Tourism. These pitches have become popular over the years as it has become a launch pad for many new entrepreneurs.
ITB Berlin is also inviting ‘Inspiring Stories from Destinations’ from around the world in tourism. Applications are invited from individuals, organisations, companies, destinations etc who use tourism as a tool for social change and sustainable development.
The entries can be submitted to[email protected] with the subject "Inspiring Stories from Destinations – ITB Berlin 2014". One can submit text not exceeding 1500, Podcast or videos not more than 5 minutes. Last date for receiving the entry would be 28 Feb 2014. Winners will be announced and inspiring stories presented at the 6th Annual International Responsible Tourism Networking event at ITB Berlin (Hall 4.1) on 7th March 2014 at 6p.m.
