Rezidor to open airport hotel
Rezidor Hotel Group is to open a Radisson Blu Hotel at East Midlands Airport.
The new-build property, with 216 guest rooms, is scheduled to open its doors in the first quarter of 2012.
The group already operators Radisson Blu and Park Inn hotels in Manchester, London Stansted, London Heathrow and Edinburgh.
The Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport, will be 800 meters away from the main terminal and alongside the M1.
It will have a restaurant, bar/lounge, coffee shop, 750 square meters of conference and event space, fitness centre and indoor pool.
