Riots in US city lead to night curfew
A week-long curfew has been announced in the US city of Baltimore following violent protests over the death of a black man in police custody.
No-one is allowed on to the streets between 22:00 and 05:00 from now until next Tuesday.
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake declared a state of emergency in the city and warned that up to 5000 National Guard troops could be deployed to keep law and order after riots, fires and looting erupted hours after the funeral of 25-year-old Freddie Gray yesterday.
Gray died on April 19 after a week in a coma.
