Ritz-Carlton Reserve coming to Riviera Nayarit
The Ritz-Carlton Reserve is bringing its special brand of luxe living to Riviera Nayarit.
The company inked an agreement with Thor Equities Group for The Ritz-Carlton Reserve Riviera Nayarit, which will feature 110 rooms, suites and private villas with ocean views.
The property is slated to open in 2022 at El Santuario, which is situated within the Costa Canuva master planned development near Puerto Vallarta.
The hotel will feature three restaurants, a bar, meeting space, two swimming pools, a spa and shopping.
"We are excited to bring the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve hotel to the Riviera Nayarit, which is quickly becoming one of the most desirable luxury resort destinations in Mexico," said Joseph Sitt, chairman of Thor Equities Group.
The two firms also partnered with The Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City, which is opening in 2019.
Thor Equities Group recently opened four new projects in Mexico and operates flagship properties in the US including Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, and The James New York – SoHo.
