Riviera Travel extends flexible booking policy

Saturday, 30 Aug, 2022 0

River cruise and escorted tour specialist Riviera Travel has extended its flexible booking policy until the year-end.

The policy allows guests to change their booking deposit to another holiday in 2022 or 2023, up until their final balance payment is due.

Guests can transfer their deposit to another holiday of equal or higher value.

The policy now runs to December 31

The offer is available on all new bookings and no fees.

It previously applied to 2022 holidays only.

Riviera offers river cruise itineraries to the Seine, Rhone, Rhine, Douro and Danube, and touring holidays to France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Norway and Iceland.

Robin Shaw, Riviera Travel chief operating officer, said: “We’ve extended our policy as we want customers to have complete confidence when making a booking, and to be sure they won’t lose out if their plans need to change.”

The policy contains the Riviera price promise, whereby if the cost of a holiday goes down after booking, guests pay the lower price or will be refunded the difference.
