Riviera Travel launching AI assistant for agents
Riviera Travel has unveiled a new AI powered digital assistant for travel agents.
RIVA AI has been developed in collaboration with travel agents, for travel agents.
It is integrated within the Riviera Explorer agent platform and collates itinerary details, destination information, social media content and sales tools to simplify sales.
It offers 24/7 access for agents to sell smarter and faster with all the information at their fingertips.
“RIVA AI marks a bold step forward in how we support our trade partners. We understand that agents are constantly juggling multiple priorities, and RIVA AI is designed to make selling simpler, smarter, and more efficient,” said Vicky Billing, Director of Trade & Partnerships UK & Ireland.
RIVA AI goes live from 12 November for UK agents.
It will be available in Ireland ahead of the Peaks period.
