Riyadh Air unveils loyalty program partnership
New airline Riyadh Air has teamed up with Loyalty Juggernaut to establish a digital loyalty program.
The program will be powered by Loyalty Juggernaut’s cloud-native GRAVTY platform.
Riyadh Air’s loyalty program will offer a personalised experience for travellers worldwide on its launch.
“Loyalty Juggernaut’s platform allows us to create a digital-first program that matches the ambition and scale of Riyadh Air. Together, we are shaping the future of travel loyalty” said Vincent Coste, Riyadh Air’s Chief Commercial Officer.
Coste says the program will leverage AI-driven personalisation and utilise a mobile-first experience.
The platform’s API-first architecture enables future-proof scalability, and integration with Riyadh Air’s broader digital ecosystem.
“We are honoured to partner with Riyadh Air in this landmark initiative,” said Shyam Shah, CEO of Loyalty Juggernaut.
“The nextgen capabilities will enable Riyadh Air to deliver extraordinary value to its guests and partners.”
The new loyalty program is expected to launch ahead of Riyadh Air’s inaugural flights.
Riyadh Air’ plans to be Saudi Arabia’s flagship airline, eventually launching to more than 100 destinations worldwide.
