Royal Air Maroc launching Stansted to Casablanca flights this summer
National carrier Royal Air Maroc is set to launch new direct Casablanca flights from London Stansted this summer.
Starting on June 24, flights will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays using Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Flight time is around 3 hours and 20 minutes.
The service is designed for both business and leisure travelers, enabling connections onto Royal Air Maroc’s network across Africa.
Ciaran Brannigan, London Stansted’s Commercial Director, said: “This service will provide our passengers with more choice and convenience when traveling to North Africa, whether for business, leisure, or connecting onto the airline’s broader route network.”
“Casablanca is an iconic destination.”
Zoubida Smahi, Royal Air Maroc’s UK General Manager, added: “We are thrilled to offer our passengers a direct link between London Stansted and Casablanca, one of the most vibrant and culturally rich cities in Morocco. This new service reflects our commitment to providing convenient and accessible travel options.”
London Stansted now serves more European destinations than any other UK airport, spanning almost 200 destinations across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
