Royal Caribbean appoints two new CEOs
Royal Caribbean International has announced its new president and CEO will be Michael Bayley, the former CEO of sister line Celebrity Cruises.
Bayley replaces Adam Goldstein who was promoted to Royal Caribbean chief operating officer in April this year.
He has been replaced at Celebrity by Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, who was executive vice president, operations at Royal Caribbean, where she played a key role in the launch of Quantum of the Seas.
Both appointments are effective immediately.
"This is a happy day for Michael and Lisa, and a proud day for all of us at the company. To recognize these two incredibly talented people with these vital leadership positions after years of dedication, effort and innovative thinking is gratifying for everyone here," said Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd CEO Richard Fain.
