Royal Caribbean Shanghai cruises drop Japan port calls
Royal Caribbean has dropped Japan port calls on more than a dozen sailings on Spectrum of the Seas out of China.
It follows the cancellation of Japan calls by China cruise ships due tensions between the countries.
Spectrum of the Seas will be homeporting in Shanghai until April 2026.
At least 14 scheduled voyages departing Shanghai will no longer call at Japan ports, booked guests have been told.
These had included Nagasaki and Okinawa.
