Ryanair adds 20,000 Portugal seats from Scottish airports
With Portugal making it onto Scotland’s green list, Ryanair has responded with 20,000 extra seats to Faro, Porto and Lisbon.
Beginning from 24 May, multiple flights have been added from its three Scottish air bases, with three flights a week to Faro from Aberdeen and Glasgow Prestwick.
Edinburgh gets seven weekly flights to Faro, as well as three flights a week to both Porto and Lisbon.
Ryanair has launched a seat sale with fares from £19.99 for travel until the end of October 2021 if booked by midnight Thursday, 13 May, only on the Ryanair.com website.
"With quarantine-free travel now permitted to the likes of the Algarve, Lisbon and Porto, these additional flights have been added to our Scotland schedule in order to meet the demand from our customers," said Ryanair Director of Marketing, Dara Brady.
The airline’s zero-change fee is available for customers to amend their travel plans up until the end of October 2021.
