Ryanair and P&O shares register biggest moves

There were mainly small, downward movements for travel and tourism shares yesterday as London’s equity markets registered modest losses.

 

The FTSE 100 index dropped 11.5 points to end the day at 4579.5, while the FTSE 250 lost 18.2 points to close at 6277.9. Among the biggest movers were P&O, up 9.25p to 252.5p, and Ryanair, down 4.62p at 285.46p.
