Ryanair launches new Twitter account
Ryanair has launched a new customer Twitter account, @RyanairFlights, which provides instant real time information an every one of its 1,600 daily flights.
Twitter users who follow @RyanairFlights can send their Ryanair flight number by direct message and will receive an instant update on the status of the flight by Tweet.
Ryanair said this was the latest of the improvements to its customer experience, which include allocated seating, a second free item of hand luggage, a new website and app and dedicated Family Extra and Business Plus services.
