Ryanair reaches pay deal with pilots
Ryanair claims to have reached five-year pay deals with pilots operating from all 76 of its bases across Europe.
It said cabin crew at its two largest bases, Stansted and Dublin, had also voted 90% in favour of accepting a new five-year deal.
The airline, which has never recognised trade uninions, said it had started a similar process of negotiations with representatives of cabin crew at its other bases.
It said the agreements would deliver guaranteed pay and allowance increases each year over the next four years, improved fixed rosters with five days on, three days off, improved sickness benefits and more opportunities for promotion.
