Sabre Pacific Signs Up Phil Hoffmann Travel
Sabre Pacific has announced the signing of a new deal with one of Australia’s largest independent agencies, Phil Hoffmann Travel, to provide travel technology for the next five years, coming after an extensive review by Phil Hoffmann Travel (PHT) of their online and travel technology needs for the future, and the suppliers best positioned to meet them.
The deal includes the provision of a customised online booking system for PHT, integrated into a customer relationship management (CRM) solution, with Gai Tyrrell, CEO at Sabre Pacifics saying, “We are thrilled to be continuing our relationship with Phil Hoffmann Travel.” “It is an agency with a reputation for high-quality, good-value service with a personal touch.”
Phil Hoffmann said, “I’ve worked with Sabre since I started this business 18 years ago and they’ve never let me down.” “They not only provide great service and great products, but we’ve developed a strong relationship, which I believe are at the heart of good businesses.”
“When peers ask me about what system or products we use, I want to be able to say we use the best.” “With Sabre, that’s what I can say,” he added.
“Going forward, we have some big plans for this year and here again, we’ll be supported by Sabre.”
“There are two pillars on which we continually build our business.” “One is managing our strong client relationships.” “We are looking forward to using ClientBase™, to improve the level of sophistication of our CRM efforts, enabling us to provide clients with more tailored offerings.”
“The other is enhancing our online booking engine.” “Sabre can deliver the solution and ensure we are at the forefront of worldwide trends,” Mr Hoffmann said.
Sabre Pacific offers off-the-shelf and customised online booking engines for some of Australia’s largest agencies.
