Sales director goes at Funway
Funway Holidays sales director Gerry Boyle has been made redundant as part of an internal review.
National accounts manager Darren Hall will take over the senior sales function and become the primary contact point for the UK travel trade.
Kyle Haughton, managing director of Funway Holidays, said: “2010 has been a tough year for tour operators and at Funway we wanted to ensure we were in the best possible shape to take on the challenges of 2011 and beyond.
“This review has allowed us to check that we are using our resources alongside our trade partners effectively.”
