Shangri-La Hotels partners with tours platform Klook
Asia based tours and activities platform Klook has teamed up with luxury hotel chain Shangri-La Hotels to expand in-destination experiences for hotel guests.
The global strategic partnership will offer the Klook Concierge service at selected hotels, beginning this month at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok; Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore and Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong.
Hotel guests can search and book Klook experiences during their stay via a tablet at the hotel concierge and redeem the booking via a QR code or e-voucher including last minute bookings.
Shangri-La’s Golden Circle members earn Golden Circle Award Points for each experience booked.
Golden Circle members receive 100 Golden Circle Award Points on each booking, and a discount of 5% is offered on all experiences until 28 February 2019.
"Collaborating with Klook will allow us to offer guests a deeper discovery of local experiences and we’re excited the partnership will open up many more memorable moments to guests," said Irene Lin, Shangri-La executive vice president of marketing.
Klook and Shangri-La will launch joint marketing initiatives in 2019, and Shangri-La’s experiences will be added to the Klook platform.
