Sheraton Perth Hotel Voted Western Australia’s Leading Five Star Accommodation

Sheraton Perth Hotel has been named Western Australia’s “Best Deluxe Accommodation” and “Best Redeveloped Accommodation” at the 2008 Australian Hotels Association Hotel Awards held in Perth on Monday, 10 November.

Considered the premier hospitality awards in Western Australia, the AHA AON Hotel Awards serve to acknowledge, reward and celebrate the enormous achievements that exemplify excellence in performance and service within the hospitality industry. Acknowledging contributions to Western Australia’s tourism, the event was attended by over 1,300 guests with the presentation of 44 awards.

Throughout 2007, Sheraton Perth Hotel’s owning company Success Venture Pty Ltd invested AU$20 million in the construction of a new Executive Club Lounge, 96 additional Executive Club guest rooms and state of the art meeting facilities, consolidating Sheraton Perth Hotel as the hotel of choice for business and leisure travelers and in turn making the property Western Australia’s largest five star hotel.
