SHINE Awards shortlist unveiled
The shortlist designed to celebrate the best female talent in the UK’s travel, tourism and hospitality sectors has been published.
The winners will be announced on March 13 in London with tourism minister Shaun Woodward as keynote speaker. The awards are an official British Tourism Week event.
Gaby Marcon of SHINE People and Places, organiser of the awards, said: “We are delighted with the overall quality of the nominations and we hope this year’s SHINE Awards will continue to stimulate debate and encourage the industry to respond to the ambitions and aspirations of the women that work in it – long after the celebrations are over.”
