Shots fired in Brussels as police surround terrorist
The key suspect in the Paris terror attacks has been surrounded and injured in a police raid in Brussels, according to local media.
Shots were fired earlier today in the Molenbeek area of the city, they said.
Reports earlier on Friday claimed Salah Abdeslam’s fingerprints had been found in a flat in the city raided on Tuesday.
The Frenchman, who was born in Brussels, was known to have been living in the Molenbeek area before the attacks in Paris on November 13.
