Singaporean tour platform BeMyGuest added to Ctrip

Singaporean startup BeMyGuest is teaming up with Chinese online travel giant Ctrip to market its tours and activities.

Ctrip has added BeMyGuest’s API to its Chinese and English language websites and mobile apps, enabling customers to book local activities when they reserve flights and hotels.

This is the first Asian activities and tours content to be fully integrated into the Ctrip platform.

BeMyGuest has raised US$3.54 million in three rounds of funding and works with independent tour companies to market their tours and activities online.

"This is the first of many integrations with other Chinese partners that we are working on," said BeMyGuest COO and co-founder Blanca Menchaca.

Ctrip processed transactions worth US$24.5 billion in 2014, of which about 75% are for online hotel bookings.
