Six Senses Ibiza opening in July

Wednesday, 09 Apr, 2021 0

Six Senses Hotels Resorts and Spas’ newest resort will open in Ibiza this July.

Located on the peaceful northern tip of the island, the village-like resort is set over 20-acres, with sea views and direct access to the bay of Cala Xarraca.

Six Senses Ibiza will become the first sustainable BREEAM certified resort and residential community in the Balearics.

It offers 116 guest accommodations, villas, suites and beachfront caves and a number of Village Residences.

The resort has a strong focus on sustainability and includes The Farm at Six Senses Ibiza, which is a 400-year-old olive press and agricultural estate where guests take part in growing organic produce that supplies the resort’s restaurants, café and bars.

"Sustainability is a huge part of our company ethos and when you find a place such as Cala Xarraca, it’s something that you work really hard to both showcase and respect," says Neil Jacobs, CEO of Six Senses.

The Six Senses Spa houses single and couple’s treatment rooms, a steam room, hammam and state-of-the-art fitness area. It also celebrates Ibiza’s vibrant music scene. Directly on the shorefront, the Beach Caves music venue is the heart of the resort, hosting live shows, events and emerging artist sessions.

Six Senses  Ibiza is a 35-minute private transfer from the airport. Rates at Six Senses Ibiza start from €1,080 (approx. £920) per night based on double occupancy including breakfast.
