Six Senses introduces door-to-door luggage shipping
Luxury wellness and resort operator Six Senses is offering guests a new door-to-door luggage shipping service.
It inked a partnership with Luggage Free, allowing guests to skip the hassle of carrying, checking and claiming baggage at the airport.
The door-to-door shipping service also covers a wide range of sports equipment including golf clubs, skis and snowboards.
Luggage Free takes care of any required customs paperwork when traveling abroad.
"Partnering with Luggage Free will allow our guests to begin their holiday before even arriving at their Six Senses destination," said Bryan Gabriel, Chief Commercial Officer of Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas.
"Because our focus is largely on wellness and hospitality, Luggage Free is just another way our guests can streamline the journey to their destination."
Guests can use Luggage Free’s online booking platform to generate a customised quote or process an order.
Reservations may also be placed over the phone with a personal travel concierge or at any Six Senses destination.
The Luggage Free service includes no-contact pickups at the guests’ preferred time of day from a residence, business, hotel or resort.
The service includes complimentary insurance, real-time tracking, and an on-time delivery guarantee.
