SKIP LIBYA
Oh please! Why would anyone who reads a newspaper or watches television contemplate going to Libya…and I mean before this mess. Libya hasn’t been safe since WWII…and I wonder why cruise lines and tour operators risk the safety of the traveling public by suggesting itineraries that go to Libya! Preposterous! It just doesn’t make sense. Yes there are ruins there…but at what cost? There’s a big, beautiful SAFE world out there, and I think that the travel industry needs to consider their role in keeping travelers safe.Isn’t that what a travel advisor does?
