The Civil Aviation Authority has kicked off a two week online survey to find out how the poor weather over the last few months has affected travellers’ flying experiences.
The point of the exercise is to discover more about what passengers think of the performance of airlines and airports during the big white-out this winter.
Passengers who want to take part in the survey should go to http://www.caa.co.uk/snowsurvey.
The CAA says it wants to hear from as many people as possible “to build a picture of what worked well and what didn’t” in order that it can work with the travel industry to improve conditions the next time there is adverse weather conditions.
