Answer: business services, high speed internet and in-room computers.
That was the answer when Harris Poll asked: “What is the one product or service missing from the majority of your hotel experiences that you would be willing to pay more for to have?”
The runner-up was spa/Jacuzzi/massage facilities.
Third was a better entertainment system such as more TV channels and DVD players.
Comfortable mattresses, refrigerators and better cleaning services also appeared near the top.
