Southwest offers new flights and fares to Puerto Rico
To celebrate its inaugural flights to San Juan, Puerto Rico, which begin April 14, Southwest Airlines is rolling out introductory fares for trips to the island between September 29 and October 31, 2013.
The special fares, for travel from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to San Juan, are available from today until April 14.
Also on sale are Southwest’s new and seasonal routes between Atlanta and San Diego, Nashville and Pittsburgh, Des Moines and Las Vegas, and Jacksonville and Chicago. Tickets at the introductory rates to these cities must be purchased by March 17.
Southwest also yesterday announced new nonstop routes from Tampa Bay and Orlando to San Juan beginning April 14.
