The countdown is on to Circuit of The Americas’ International Sports Car Weekend.

The Austin event features three days of racing and entertainment, including two of the endurance racing series – the American Le Mans Series on September 20 and 21 and the FIA World Endurance Championship Series on September 22.

An open paddock and pit lane and grid walks allow spectators up-close access to the teams, drivers and racecars.

The Circuit will also be offering Aaron Colton’s Streetbike Freestyle demonstration, world-class Formula DRIFT demonstrations, driver autograph sessions, a fan forum featuring a driver Q&A session, as well as an on-site Kids’ Festival.

The full schedule of events is available at www.circuitoftheamericas.com.

Separately, Circuit of The Americas has appointed Jason Dial in the newly created role of president.

Dial most recently served as chief marketing officer for the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team.
