Pittsburgh and Seattle fans are having to book hotels 35 miles or more from Detroit for the February 5th game, including hotels in Ohio and Ontario, Canada.

The central reservation company, TBA Global Events, which is handling most Super Bowl bookings, have been inundated with calls from the two cities.

As of Tuesday afternoon, TBA Global Events had received 75 group bookings for a total of 2,000 hotel rooms.  That figure included rooms reserved before last weekend’s conference championships, reported the Associated Press.
