Swiss set to switch Heathrow terminals
Swiss International Air Lines will be one of the first Star Alliance airlines to move to Heathrow Terminal 1 on June 11.
Extra passenger comfort and convenience is being promised with improved lounges and facilities.
The airline’s check-in area has been designed to create a more organised and less congested environment to cut waiting time and queuing.
SWISS check-in counters with two dedicated desks for first class and business class passengers will be in Zone F and G in the heart of Terminal 1. The SWISS ticket desk is located opposite the check-in counters.
Gregor Koncilja, country manager UK & Ireland, said: “We are very much looking forward to moving to our new home and are pleased and proud to be one of the first Star Alliance airlines to do so.
“We are confident that Terminal 1 with improved facilities and lounges will offer an increased comfort and better travel experience to our customers even before they step on board.”
