Dear Jo
I was sorry to learn you are unhappy withy so many aspects of our International Terminal.
As you may be aware we are currently undergoing a major upgrade of our Terminal. We hope you will be impressed with the improved services and facilities once this has been completed.
With regard to the flooring outside the AQIS/ ACS front office, we have been looking at various options to these repairs which unfortunately have taken longer than we would have liked. We are however working on this and hope to have this matter rectified in the very near future.
Thank you for taking the time to write and allowing us an opportunity of addressing your concerns.
Regards
Sebastian Zagarella
