Tapestry MD is overwhelmed by support
Support has flooded in for Tapestry Holidays MD and founder Nick Wrightman following his revelations about the failure of the business.
In an emotional interview with Travelmole, posted on the site yesterday, Wrightman outlined the demise of the specialist operator.
His honest, no-holds barred account reveals how the company was brought down by the actions of certain people, his own arrogance and dire market conditions.
Since then, messages of support and praise have been flooding in to Travelmole and directly to Wrightman.
“I’ve been absolutely blown away,” he said. “I’ve had over 400 emails, some from people I don’t even know, and people coming out of the wood work that I haven’t spoken to in years. You get really humbled.
“There are some lovely people in the industry, and although it won’t change things, it does soften the blow.”
