Tech startup Impala unveils rebrand
Travel tech startup Impala has announced a complete rebrand which includes a new visual identity and strategic direction.
Impala offers Open Distribution, allowing hotels to start offering rooms – and room sellers can start selling them – in just a few minutes and without complex integration.
It enables hotels and room sellers to work directly to negotiate deals and reach new markets.
It puts control back in the hands of hotels and room sellers to build direct relationships and negotiate commission rates directly.
As a provider of Open Distribution, Impala has spent years developing its API and simple dashboards.
The Impala rebrand includes a new visual identity developed in partnership with leading design agency, Pentagram.
The colours reflect the nostalgic travel experiences of sand, sea and sun and the new Impala logo represents both a compass and an Impala which represents the speed, ease and efficiency of the product.
“Our new visual identity, tone of voice and category positioning are designed to make Open Distribution – and the benefits it can offer everyone in travel – accessible and easy to understand,” Impala CMO, Caroline Hudack said.
Impala is backed by Lakestar, Kima Ventures, Stride VC and Latitude, who backed Airbnb, Trivago and Deliveroo.
