B2B booking platform Teldar Travel expands to the USA and the Middle East
Teldar Travel, the B2B hotel booking platform owned by Accor’s Gekko Group, is accelerating its global expansion in 2025 with the launch of a modernized platform designed specifically for travel advisors. With operations already established in several European countries, the company just entered the U.S. market and plans its launch in the Middle East by year’s end.
The strategic expansion builds on Teldar’s existing presence in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, the U.K., and Ireland. This year, the B2B online portal relaunched operations in Italy and expanded into the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark).
To support its international ambitions, Teldar has strengthened its leadership with seasoned industry professionals. Adam McKnight has been appointed International Development Director, Tom Bell leads sales across Northern Europe, Spain, and Portugal while Christophe Buvot oversees French-speaking markets.
In the U.S., 25-year travel industry veteran Ed Jones has been named Director of Sales. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Jones brings experience from American Airlines, cruise lines, and other B2B hotel platforms.
Revamped site
Teldar’s revamped platform features a streamlined design, AI integration, an interactive map, advanced search filters, and real-time commission tracking. Advisors also benefit from a built-in comparison engine and a “pay-by-link” feature that enables secure client payments. Commissions are paid out twice monthly. They can also be tracked through a dedicated dashboard.
The platform’s product lineup has been reorganized into three pillars:
-
Teldar Plus: For leisure travel agencies
-
Teldar Biz: For corporate agencies and SMEs
-
Teldar Connect: For distributors using API integration
Teldar’s loyalty program, Miles Attack, has also been upgraded. Advisors earn one mile for every $2 sold on the platform. Miles can be redeemed for personal travel discounts or converted into cash, now directly transferable to bank accounts.
With access to more than 2 million accommodations worldwide and a strong advisor-first approach, Teldar Travel is positioning itself as a key player in the global B2B hotel booking market.
